Settling In

For security reasons we have a viewing policy which means an appointment needs to be made and identification shown to confirm who we are showing around.

We give a detailed, personal tour around Nursery, including all areas. This is when you can see what goes on in the Nursery, ask any questions and meet the team and the children.

If you decide we are the right nursery for you and your child you will need to fill in an application form and sign a contract. It’s at this point we organise free settling in sessions for your child.

Settling in sessions are usually taken one or two weeks before your child’s start date. Parents are welcome to stay to meet the staff, but must abide by the current COVID-19 regulations. Information about your child is exchanged during these sessions, such as a baby’s routine, any medical or dietary requirements. We use an “All about Me” booklet and this is a good opportunity to fill this out and ask any questions you may have.

Your child can have short sessions free of charge until you are happy they have settled into Nursery life. It’s our aim to have this as a smooth relaxing transition from home to Nursery. We will support the whole family, not just your child.

    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title? (Demo)
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What is an FAQ section? (Demo)
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
